VuLK'TaR Class
Klingon Capital Cruiser

A massive vessel sharing some lineage the NehG'Var class warships, the VuLK'TaR is a giant vessel, nearing the size of a Romulan Warbird. It sports massive nacelles and menacing disruptor cannons fore and aft. She was the inspiration of particularly self-absorbed house, the house of Q'ijTal, a powerful but vain and ambitious member of the ruling Council. It cost a significant portion of the house's wealth to build it's ornate and overbuilt Capital Ship.

Massive warp nacelle power weapons systems and an effective cloaking system. It takes a great deal of energy to cloak as large a warp signature and power emissions, and this ship has an efficient system to balance power and invisibility.

Model Notes:
This beast, nearly 24 inches long and about the same wide, was the devourer of kits. There is a 1/350 K'Tinga kit in the wings, Two Slave One kits in the nacelles, a Galor body as the core of the kit and neck, Part of the Slave for the underside of the Command Platform connected with part of a Kazon Torpedo. The upper command deck is from the Galor kit. The rest of the greebles and weapons came from various other pieces parts I had around. The accent color is a metallic flake burgundy, and a dark metallic grey.
