Romulan "Sparrowhawk" Assault Vessel

Developed after the Valdore, this ship is small for a Romulan Assault Vessel. About the size of the Enterprise "E"'s Command Hull, it is heavily armed, and equipt with the finest technology Romulan espionage could develop. Remarkably nimble, it earns its nickname the "Sparrowhawk" through its speed and agility.

In action, the "Sparrowhawk" has proven to be an unstoppable adversary. In the recorded skirmish between the Empire and a modest contingent of Cardassian Vessels, including a Massive Raashgar capital ship, the "Sparrowhawk" made short work of the escorts and under heavy fire destroyed both larger vessels. This is a development in Romulan tech that Federation officials are very concerned about.

Model Notes:
The "Sparrowhawk" was bashed from a 3 ship set Romulan ship, the struts from a Babylon 5 kit, and the command head from a Kazon Torpedo. The main spine is from a Batwing kit. Other transitional areas were scratched from styrene and the weapons were pulled from the greebles bin.
